Attendees & Sign-ups - 10,393 subscribers as of July 2022
This is our primary email list. We enroll subscribers through a signup link on the website and by importing past ticket purchasers. This list receives regular email communications through the event cycle, starting with monthly, then moving to every other week, then once a week.

Sponsor email communication is typically done via a producer’s TMEF email account.
Volunteer Email Communication
Inbound Volunteer email flows into Freshdesk for resolution. Outbound Volunteer email happened via Salesforce, but a new system is being considered for 2022 and beyond.
